Some everyday medicines change how safe your sedation is, or how your body copes with fasting — weight-loss injections in particular. Work through this checklist, then confirm every flagged medicine with Coastal Gastroenterology before you take or change anything.

This checklist tells you which of your medicines commonly interact with fasting or sedation. It is not medical advice. Keep taking everything as prescribed until Coastal Gastroenterology confirms your plan — including on procedure morning.
